There is a preview pane at the right side of the window where users can preview their files before choosing to recover them.
Once the scan is complete, all of the lost files that were recovered will be displayed in the window described above. This interface is actually better as it looks more professional and sleek than the first screen. At the left side is a directory tree for easier navigation. Below is a window where the files that were recovered are displayed.
This is also where the aforementioned pause and stop buttons are located. At the top of the page is a progress bar where you can check the progress of your scan. This process actually takes place in a different interface than before. You also have the option of pausing and stopping the scan. It still shouldn’t take up more than a few minutes, however. It depends on how many files are in your memory card. When you’ve chosen the file location where your files were lost, just click scan and the process will begin right away. Once you’ve chosen the file types that you need to recover, you’ll be able to choose which file locations have to be recovered. Below that picture is where you can find options for the different file types that you can recover using the SD Memory Card Recovery. It has a huge picture of the software at the top of the page, and it almost feels like an advertisement. Upon first booting the software, the interface is not very good, admittedly. There were no extra processes or downloads and installation went smoothly. The first positive thing about this software is the fact that it installed without any complications.
